PROEVERIJEN – WORKSHOP

In de voormalige gevangeniscellen van het fort bevinden zich tegenwoordig o.a. de wijnkelders. Met deze wijnen, alsook met champagnes en bieren kunt u gaan
genieten van diverse proeverijen! Met de kennis van onze medewerkers kunnen we ook een heerlijke proeverij naar wens samenstellen met diverse lekkernijen.

Champagne & Wijnproeverij

Elke proeverij op het fort is anders onder andere omdat er zo een groot aanbod is. Daarnaast wil onze inhouse wijnkenner zijn proeverij graag aanpassen aan het
gezelschap. Er kan gekozen worden voor heerlijke wijnen uit o.a. Portugal, Frankrijk of Duitsland. Fort 1881 is eveneens importeur van de semibiologische champagne van Lemaire uit Frankrijk, ook deze champagne zal onderdeel zijn van de proeverij.

Voor feesten, evenementen en vergaderingen is het fort op afspraak geopend.

Een proeverij van bieren of wijnen, niet alleen lekkker, maar zeker ook een leerzame workshop. En dan ook nog eens op een uniek stukje cultureel erfgoed!

Bierproeverij

Wist u dat onder het fort een enorm natuurlijk waterzuiveringsinstallatie is? En dat dit water ideaal is voor het brouwen van bier? Hiervan wordt een krachtige
biersmaak gebrouwd die past bij een stoer fort. Maar tijdens de proeverij komen natuurlijk nog meer bieren langs met de mooiste verhalen.
